- the types of benefits available under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule, including medical and rehabilitation benefits, income replacement benefits, attendant care benefits, non-earner benefits, caregiver benefits and housekeeping and home maintenance benefits.
- basics of Minor Injury Guideline, Catastrophic Impairment and the medical science underlying these injury classifications.
- overview of Ontario Claims Forms used in the statutory accident benefits
scheme, as well as the scope and nature of Insurer Examinations (IEs),
