Organizational Behaviour

This course introduces students to the intricate world of Organizational Behaviour and explains how emerging 21st century workplace realities have an impact on the organizational environment. These new realities include social media and virtual teams, values and self-leadership, emotional intelligence and effective teamwork. It covers a wide range of theories and applications that address topics such as perception, motivation, decision making, team dynamics, negotiation, conflict management, leadership, organizational culture and change management. Students will acquire a holistic perspective of organizational behavior, by examining key techniques and processes designed to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, from both management and employee point of view.
