This course focuses on Business Planning and managing a practice as it applies to enthusiastic entrepreneurs and future global leaders. Students will learn how to draft a business proposal, including start-up costs, securing a premise, proper hiring procedure, and marketing your brand to the public. In addition, students will be exposed to different types of businesses: sole proprietorship, partnerships and corporations. They will learn the advantages and disadvantages to each and how to decide what type of business is right for them.
